Skydiving
Skydiving is an awesome, high-adrenaline sport where you jump out of an aeroplane, freefall through the sky, and land gently on the ground after deploying your own parachute. Unlike how it's portrayed in the movies, it's actually designed to be very safe and is incredible fun! When learning to skydive, you will jump with your own parachute from Day 1, accompanied by two instructors holding onto you throughout the whole freefall. After getting your licence, you will be able to jump fully solo, fly through the sky together with your friends, and experience the freedom of the skies.
The skydiving community is incredibly friendly and inclusive of all skydivers! However, for safety purposes, you must satisfy some health requirements before skydiving, which can be found via the Skydiver Self Declaration Form. In addition, due to the regulations surrounding the skydiving harness, there is a strict weight limit of 95kg for anyone learning to skydive.
