We offer one-off and regular facility bookings to students, staff and local community members. All bookings are subject to a booking fee and dependant on availability.

How to Book - One-Off Bookings
Initial booking enquiries for one-off facility bookings should be direct reception team either via enquiries@sport.ox.ac.uk or by phone on 01865 611476.
All prices include VAT where applicable, are subject to our booking terms and conditions and subsequent facility use is subject to our Sports Facilities: Terms of Use.
How to Book - Regular Activities
To book casual activities you must first have either a membership or online account with us. Visit our memberships portal to join or register for an account.
Once activated, you can then book individual session or facilities using the using the section below, directly in our online bookings portal, on our Mobile App or by contacting our reception team by phone on 01865 611476.
Facilities and activities are generally available to book up to 8 days in advance. All prices include VAT where applicable, are subject to our booking terms and conditions and subsequent facility use is subject to our Sports Facilities: Terms of Use.
